At Nordy Photography, we value both our clients’ time and our photographers’ commitment. To ensure fairness and efficiency in our scheduling, we have the following cancellation and reschedule policy:

• More Than 24 Hours Notice:
  • Cancellations or Reschedules: No additional charge. A full refund is available if needed.
• Less Than 24 Hours Notice (12-23 Hours):
  • Cancellations or Reschedules: A fee of 50% of the total cost will be applied. This compensates our photographers for their reserved time.
• 12 Hours Notice or Less:
  • Cancellations or Reschedules: No refund will be provided. For same-day rescheduling, the full amount of the appointment will be required to book a new slot.
• Inaccessibility of Property:
  • If proper access to the property is not provided within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the full cost of the service will be charged.

We understand that plans can change and appreciate your cooperation in notifying us promptly in case of any schedule adjustments. This policy helps us maintain the high-quality service and respect for all parties involved.

At the time of booking, you have the option to choose your preferred photographer. However, please be aware that our schedules are quite dynamic, and we can’t always guarantee that the photographer you select will be the one assigned to your shoot. We frequently adjust appointments to optimize our team’s efficiency. It’s important to note that the photographer allocated to your session may change, sometimes without prior notice, to ensure the smooth running of our schedule.

Our weather-ready team keeps a close eye on the skies. Extreme conditions like heavy snow or rain might prompt a reschedule or cancelation for safety’s sake. If winds are messing with our drones, we’ll reach out to chat options. We’re all about safety first, always in touch to keep you updated.

If it’s a property, we’re on it! The only no-go is if there’s a risk to our team or gear. Safety is our top priority, but otherwise, we’ve got all properties covered.

Sure thing! Agents and homeowners are welcome to observe. We just ask that you give us the space to work our magic, especially when drones are in the air. Distraction-free zones are where we do our best work.
